Hi, my name is Joe. I'm one of the Co-Founders of Catalyst S.P.O.R.T., regarded as one of the top private training gyms on the east coast.  

Have you ever felt like something was "missing" from your training routine? Sure, plenty of gyms have shiny equipment and make a lot of promises, but we do things DIFFERENTLY.

Your workouts here at Catalyst will build you up, not break you down. Not only will you get a great workout, you'll also restore proper alignment and correct muscle imbalances (that means flexibility where you need it, and stability and control in other places).  

We designed our "Semi-PrivateTraining" program with busy New Yorkers in mind. We offer flexible scheduling so that you'll be able to make training part of your routine. Not only that, but we also take all the guesswork out of your workout routine, by providing some of the best trainers in NYC.  

So what is Semi-Private Training?  

Well, Semi-Private Training at Catalyst is a lot like 1-on-1 personal training, in that your workouts are customized specifically for you, based on your goals, experience, injury history, etc.  

But instead of just one person working with a trainer, you'll be part of a small team, each member with their own workout, supervised by one of our expert trainers.  

This format captures all the personalization and attention to technique of personal training, while providing the added benefits of flexible scheduling, a focused and motivating atmosphere, and more affordability.

WHAT YOU GET in YOUR 3-WEEK SEMI-PRIVATE TRIAL:

Three (3) Personal Training Sessions During your first session you'll go through our proprietary screening and assessment process. We'll evaluate your movement patterns, fitness level, and more, so that we can design a workout routine that virtually guarantees you'll reach your goals (as long as you put the work in, of course).

During your next two personal training sessions, you'll work with knowledgeable, passionate, and motivating trainers. Our trainers arent "rep counters" nor "adult baby-sitters" - they're smart, competent professionals with extensive experience working with VIP clients.  

14 DAYS All-Access Unlimited Semi-Private Training Following your 3 Personal Training Sessions you will begin Semi-Private Training (SPT). You will have unlimited access to over 60 sessions per week, for two weeks!

SPT sessions are limited to 3:1 Student To Instructor Ratio to ensure maxium attention by our instructors, and to provide a fun, supportive, and motivating Environment. 

Scheduling is made easy by using the Mindbody app on your smartphone. Decide on the sessions the works best for you and schedule yourself in just a few clicks. 

30 Minute Stragety Session After you have completed your Semi-Private Sessions we will get together (either in person, or on the phone - your choice) to "debrief" and discuss how your workouts went, and develop a plan to keep you moving towards your fitness goals.
